Specialist in General, Oncological Surgery, and Aesthetic Medicine

I am a specialist in general and oncological surgery, as well as aesthetic medicine. My professional career began in 1995 at the General Surgery Clinic of the Medical University in Grodno (Belarus), where, as an assistant, I specialized in general surgery, microsurgery, and reconstructive surgery. Between 1997 and 2003, I worked as a microsurgeon in the Microsurgery Department of the Grodno City Hospital, where I performed approximately 460 limb reimplantations and developed an innovative method of biomechanical rehabilitation for reimplanted limbs.

In 2003, I moved to Poland, where I completed my doctoral studies at the Medical University of Gdańsk, earning my PhD in 2009. My doctoral dissertation focused on the impact of chemotherapy on the biodegradation of silicone-based compounds after breast reconstruction. From 2003 to 2015, I worked in the Plastic Surgery Clinic and the Oncological Surgery Clinic of UCK in Gdańsk.

International Experience and Specialized Training
I have had the honor of participating in numerous international trainings and programs:

Microsurgery: Internship under Prof. W. Krylov in Moscow (2002).
Breast Cancer Unit: Training at "HELIOS KLINIK" in Bad Saarow (2011), enabling me to introduce global breast cancer treatment standards in Poland.
Coordinator of the Population-Based Breast Cancer Early Detection Program in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (2005–2010).

Innovations and Scientific Research
I am proud of my contributions to medical advancement:

Member of the team that first applied stem cells in breast reconstruction using the "Cytori" method in Poland.
Participant in international studies such as MINDACT, PRAME-AS, and ICON, which focused on modern cancer treatment methods.
Author of over 30 scientific publications and a frequent participant in national and international conferences.

In 2023, I fulfilled my dream by opening Friendly Medicine Island—a place where I can share over 20 years of experience and my passion for medicine. My goal is to create a welcoming space for both patients and colleagues.
